Yeah, I really like what they did with it in late 70 and some of the 71s too...almost listen to those more, along with 68 than all the 69 ones that, dare I say, almost become routine.

But there's nothing quite like a good St. Stephen/The Eleven to get your blood flowing, and for that, you have to go to '69 (and it better have the William Tell Overture section too, bruddah!) :)

I dunno--I think the StSt's change enough for me to find the 68 ones more attractive, and then we just hear sooo many in 69 that are relatively uniform (note to self: I do this way too much...might need to listen to something else). But 70 & 71 seem to have new life in them.

Nonetheless, as a tandem, you are right: tranny to NFAway can be good (9-19-70) but the Eleven is certainly better!
